The Luxembourg Times has quoted Daniel Atz on the new figures showing that more Luxembourg citizens now live in the United States than in Germany.
The October 2026 article, titled “More Luxembourgers now live in the USA than in Germany”, reports that 952 new Luxembourg citizens were registered in the United States between July and September, bringing the total to 23,690, and draws on Daniel’s reading of the data to explain why the numbers keep growing after the end of the recovery programme.
“Many expected the end of the recovery programme to be the end of the story. The deadline came and went, and applications have not slowed. This quarter, the US added more Luxembourg citizens than any other country,” says Daniel Atz.
